1. Review pick-up requirements:
Our trucks are 26 feet. In order to maximize our resources, we ask the following:
- You must have at least two large, qualifying items.
- Items must be on the ground floor.
- Items must be located in Wake, Johnston, Durham, or Orange counties.
Don't have two large, qualifying items? You can always drop off at one of our ten stores.
2. Read our donation guidelines:
- Unfortunately we aren't able to accept every item: if we don't think we can sell it, our donation drivers will have to leave the item. When we take items we can't sell, we incur high dumpster fees that divert funds away from our mission.
