I love working with the people -- customers, volunteers, and staff. What does your typical work day look like? Working in the back room [where we receive and process donations]. There's a different challenge every day. What do you do in your spare time? Hang out with my grandkids. Do you have any pets or children? 1 dog, 3 kids, 2 grandkids.
